Ari Tampubolon

Ari Tampubolon (b. Pekanbaru, Indonesia and based in Melbourne, Australia) is a performance artist working across filmmaking, writing, experimental performance, and commercial drag forms. Ari’s research practice serves to document the detritus of western cultural neo-imperialism and its influence over her body. Her artistic practice serves to persevere through such influence.
