Bayley Turner

Bayley Turner is a proud queer transfem writer and performer. Bayley’s poetry work has been performed as an immersive performance art experience ‘Eve St John’ in Melbourne Fringe (2018), and poetry cabaret confessional ‘Burlesque by Force’ in Adelaide Feast (2017) and Fringe Festival (2018). Under the pseudonym 'tyrnyr', Bayley self-published her first poetry collection 'Ulysses' and is due to release her second collection '16,000km or so' in early 2025. Bayley is also a playwright, recently co-writing 'thirty-six' with esteemed trans writer/performer Jo Clifford. She has been published by drip(feed), Archer magazine, Mamamia and edited collection ‘Heaven Bent’ among others.
