Pranati Narayan Visweswaran

Artist, creative worker, and culture junkie, Pranati is a staunch supporter of the arts. They have worked with emerging, independent BIPOC artists, and are the founder of local initiative South by South East Asian (SXSEA, pronounced ‘sexy’), that platforms South Asian and South East Asian artists.

Holding a Masters in Arts and Cultural Management from the University of Melbourne, Pranati has worked in arts administration across the music and film sectors, and is the current Vice President of the SYN Board.

Pranati's love for the arts, and passion for upholding diversity, have been foundational in their work. They hope to continue this journey in advocacy, using their sense of empathy and determination, to facilitate, sustain, encourage, and support the local arts community.

Currently, Pranati is the Program Administrator at The Wheeler Centre.
